A Letter from Leadership

Hello Denver Democrats!

I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and have been staying warm this winter! I want to give a huge shout-out to those who were able to participate in the sub-zero Marade to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on MLK Day, as well as recognize the enthusiastic turnout for the Coloradans for Protecting Reproductive Freedom campaign launch on the State Capitol steps earlier this month.

And how about our new office? Many thanks to those who made our move possible. While sporting new digs, it is no secret that the DPOD will be a host and partner to many exciting events, projects and initiatives throughout the year, each with countless opportunities to get involved in enriching our city and communities.

As we approach our city and state assemblies, caucuses and primaries, it is important to recognize the significance and urgency that is 2024. Colorado is at the forefront of a national inflection point, and there is a moment to be met. Denverites and Coloradans find themselves in a unique, pivotal role in realizing our nation’s Democratic majority in defense of our democracy. I am proud to be a part of a team that will meet this challenge and show up big!

I’m very excited to see many of you at our upcoming events, and I’m looking forward to all of the hard work, big turnouts and fun times ahead this new year!

All the best,

Matthew Logan
